Set your health goals and put them down in writing.
Only 3% of the population has written goals and only 1% of the population has written goals with a written action plan. The most successful people in the world all endorse goal setting. By having a written goal you are ten times more likely to achieve it. Goals motivate you. Goals direct our focus. Teach goal setting to your children and watch them grow up to me goal setting masters.
